Orders may be placed via this site and paid for using a credit or debit card or direct bank transfer. Once payment has been received, I will endeavour to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days and quite possibly within 2 days. However, due to the individual handmade nature of the products, this may not always be possible, and I will advise you if there is likely to be any delay.
Delivery
Prices quoted on the website for delivery are for delivery by Royal Mail or courier service, and items will normally be with you within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. I offer free delivery for orders over £60.
Please ensure that you provide accurate contact and delivery details. I cannot accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to being provided with incorrect details, or for damage caused to goods whilst in transit.
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds
Please note that whilst items that are faulty or incorrect may be returned to me for replacement or refund, in the event that you change your mind about your choice of item, I am unable to accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons.
